His cooking style takes inspiration from different kitchens and techniques all around the world. When creating the menu, he drew from his diverse array of knowledge, passions, and experience. The result is a menu that features his personal and refreshing interpretations of Far East, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines.
